Hey! I'm Erin. I help you put the pieces of your health back together so you can stop worrying about aggravating symptoms and get back to doing the things you love. Eat better, digest better, sleep better, ➡️ feeling better and having more fun.
Do any of these sound familiar?
Conversations with friends always end up being about your ailments. Your whole family gets a deer-in-the-headlights look when you start explaining your latest symptoms. The doctor says your labs are fine, but you don’t feel fine. If you can relate you’re in the right place!
There are so many ways we can be off and not feeling our best.
You don’t want to make plans because you never know when your stomach will act up.
Everything makes you bloated.
You’re anxious and irritable.
Sleep is an issue and you’re so tired.
But you know there must be a way to feel better so you’ve tried all the things. You’ve eliminated foods, done a bunch of Whole 30s, and even tried being vegan for a while. And still, you can’t shake the brain fog, joint pain, GI symptoms, and fatigue. You’ve started to lose faith that anything can actually help.
I’m glad you’re here because you’re right- you shouldn’t accept feeling crappy as the best it can be. When you’re getting these symptoms or little messages from your body that something is off, the messages keep getting louder and louder until you finally address the right things.
I help you to reduce inflammation in your body while addressing the gut microbiome imbalances that are at the root of your symptoms. Looking at what’s going on in your gut, your diet, and your lifestyle I create a plan that’s going to shift your body into balance so it can heal.
So how did I get to a place where my favorite thing to talk about is everyone’s digestion and gut health? My health year after year was getting progressively worse. It got to the point that I had to take multiple breaks while cooking dinner because I was so exhausted. I had chronic diarrhea and brain fog so severe that I had trouble with simple tasks. I had numbness in my arms and pain in my legs.
I tried to eat what I considered to be healthy because I knew this was an important piece of feeling well, but the things I tried made my health worse.
I felt like I was falling apart.
Eventually, I found myself sitting in the doctor’s office feeling disappointed. I was close to meeting the criteria for an autoimmune diagnosis, but not close enough. I was frustrated because the diagnosis would prove that I wasn’t crazy and that I wasn’t imagining what I was feeling.
After getting over the initial disappointment I realized that I didn't want to sit around and wait for things to get worse. I wanted to feel better, not get a diagnosis. That meant I needed to stop DIY-ing my health.
I would have saved so much time, money, and energy if I had gotten help sooner.
The happy ending is that addressing my inflammation, gut imbalances, and eating a nutrient-dense diet that’s right for my body has me feeling the best I ever have.
I want to help as many people as I can to finally find relief and put an end to their fun-killing symptoms.
